Commonly asked questions

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and Venmo. Our Venmo account is @Trent-Roberts-13

How do you bill me?

Upon completion of our service we will leave a flag in your lawn, as well as hanging the bill of service on your door. If you do not consistently live at your property we can mail you the invoice as requested.

Should I mow my lawn any different during the seasons?

It is highly advisable that during the summer you mow your lawn at least 0.5 to 1 inch taller than during any other season. This prevents your lawn form unnecessary stress/browning during the warm summer months.

Do you offer any services that can get rid of Bermuda or an unwanted grass?

To handle unwanted grass types, typically during late summer we will spot spray the affected area with round up. Then during the fall we will need to aerate and seed the area. Visit the "Core Aeration & Seeding" tab for more information on this service.

When can my pets go outside after your service is completed?

It is optimal to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour, or at least until our products have dried for you to let your pets outside.

Do you offer pre pay discounts?

Yes, we offer a 5% pre pay discount.

I'm satisfied with your service, how do I renew for next year?

Towards the end of the year we will mail you a contract for the next year of service. It will state any updated prices or information.

You have fertilized my lawn yet it's still not green?

This can be due to a number of factors. Including soil quality, weather patterns, and grass types. As well as if your lawn is irrigated or not. Often times it can take a season or two for your lawn to acclimate to our program. Every lawn is different and requires specialized care.

How do I know what you're putting on my lawn?

Each invoice we leave on your door will include all products that were applied to your property, as well as any notes we might want to bring to your attention.
