FALL CORE AERATION
Core Aeration is done by a machine with hollow tines that removes plugs or cores of soil and helps reduce thatch in your lawn. Core Aeration reduces soil compaction and creates a channel through which water, oxygen, and nutrients can penetrate into the soil at an easier rate.
FALL SEEDING
Our seeding service is commonly done with our aeration service. We only use high quality seed. Seed blend consists of Turf type tall fescue. This seed type is designed to perform well with our climate pattern in the Midwest.
